Moorea Blue Diving

Located within Hotel Moorea Pearl Resort & Spa, we propose to make you discover the diving spots of the "Magic Island". In the vicinity of Maharepa, the island's tourism center, the club welcomes you in a comfortable and air conditioned setting with restrooms and showers.

Diving spots :

The island has a lot of dive sites located near the 2 bays - Cook's and Opunohu. They represent 2 deep holes in the littoral. The ocean reef has very developed corals, ideals to home variety of coloured fish. There is no deep wall, but the ocean part is chiselled with majestic canyons and valleys for the pleasure of the divers. Moorea is famous for its excellent visibility.

• The team consists of 2 patents monitors status, PADI, CMAS, FFESSM and a cameraman also monitor.
• The hours of diving are :
  At 7.30 KQJ center bungalow No. 301, starting at 8 am for two dives (two tank) back to 11:30 (patented divers only).
• At 12:30 we leave for baptism.
• Languages spoken : English, Italian, English.
• The center is accredited : PADI / ANMP CEDIP / CMAS / FFESSM.

9. The Roses

Deep dive site. Minimum Rescue diver. Beautiful roses at 150 feet.

10. Corals Walls

Beautiful rose garden with some sea turtles.

11. Shark's Dining Room

Special Sharks area. Blacktip Reef & Lemon Sharks.

12. Opunohu Wreck

Wreck on the reef.

13. Papetoai

Coral garden with sea anemones.
