Rohotu Fare Lodge

Only 250 meters (600 feet) from the lagoon and the main road, with an amazing view, the new hideaway, "Rohotu Fare Lodge" is located on the mountain slope. Surrounded by tropical vegetation at an altitude of 50m (150 feet), facing the bay of Povai, you can enjoy your peaceful and romantic vacation while you admire the picturesque sunset. The dramatic volcanic mountains of Bora Bora, either wrapped in mist or shining in the glorious sun are visible from all of the thatch roof bungalows.

Over 50 tropical fruit and hardwood trees are planted among the bungalows for isolation, privacy and botanical interest. For those of you who just like to daydream, read or raise a glass of cold champagne, a special hut with a hammock facing the lagoon is available.

Free pick- up from the airport shuttle boat (the airport is situated on an off shore Island) makes it easy and fast to reach "Rohotu Fare Lodge."

The main village of Vaitape is only 4km from the Lodge and is reachable on an easy fifteen-minute bike ride for shopping, post office, supermarket etc.

Rohutu Fare Lodge is the only lodge in Bora Bora rated with the highest rate of '3 flowers'. (The 'Flowers' rating system is the Tahitian tourism ministry official rating system).

Rooms

The tropical wooden bungalows. Each bungalow, with its own design and style, blends in harmoniously with its surroundings. The bungalows are constructed in a unique Polynesian island style, with plantation hardwood, teak flooring, a mahogany windows and doors and roofs made from coconut leaves.

Each bungalow is furnished with unique works of art and a teak framed queen-size four-poster bed wrapped in a romantic net canopy.

Each bathroom is the size of a living room and features a marble floor, a private garden and a shower flowing from a full size statue. Imagine showering under the stars surrounded by tropical foliage inside. A carved wooden chest provides the charm of the golden age of travel. There is a ceiling fan and a safe for a modern touch. Each bungalow has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and more. A wide veranda is directly accessible from the bedroom and includes teak lounge chairs. A perfect place to admire the lagoon and the mountains while relaxing in the sun or basking in the moonlight.

Mountain-view bungalow

This special bungalow is twice the size of the lagoon-view bungalows. With a large private garden, two bedrooms for families and a separate bar-salon for the ultimate in comfort.
