Le Relais Mahana

In a tropical garden, the 22 Polynesian style bungalows offer you calmness and comfort, on the edge of a beautiful white sand beach.

The bar and restaurant happily combine French and Polynesian cooking while you entertained with local animations and special evenings.

Lots of activities, land based and nautical, are proposed in order to make your stay pleasant and lead you to discover the island, by Wilfred in our activities cabin.

We also propose welcoming service to sailing boats, anchoring in one of the most beautiful site in French Polynesia, where there are many manta rays.

You can buy souvenirs from our shop, some are of local arts and crafts, clothing and other necessary items that you may forget to pack.

Rooms :
Le Relais Mahana, entirely on the edge of the lagoon, is structured in 3 parts.
In the center, the reception desk, the swimming-pool, the bar and restaurant.

On both sides, the 22 Polynesian style bungalows are merged in a tropical garden, reflecting the preserved environment of the Relais Mahana.

Whether you choose a bungalow on the beach or in the garden, the distant noise of the coral reef will cradle your nights of exotic dreams.

 

Restaurants :
For the gourmets, our chef, Michel Prat and the team composed of Tahitian cooks, propose a tasty French cuisine with a delicate local touch.

The restaurant with its panoramic terrace on the lagoon is the perfect surrounding for these refined dishes.
The white sand beach on the edge of the terrace, which makes you want to have a swim, will stimulate your appetite.

A half-board formula is also proposed, offering the 2 kinds of breakfast (Continental or American) with the touristic menu (or the equivalent on the carte).
 

Activities :
So that you can enjoy the lagoon, canoes, snorkelling equipment are for rent, Floating transport.  You can also visit the island with beach cruiser bikes or trail bikes, some of them are equipped for the babies, the older children having their own bikes. (In hiring at Europcar) On the hotel site, you will enjoy the tennis court, the swimming-pool, the petanque bowls, tennis table, books, parlor games and videos.
